Hive Records was an American independent record label that mainly focused on powernoise, trip hop, ambient, IDM and subgenres of industrial music. The label was founded in 2003 by DJ Insect and DJ Caustic in Dallas, Texas. Artists that have released music through Hive Records include Duncan Avoid, Pneumatic Detach, Manufactura, C2, Censor, The Liar's Rosebush, Mashup Soundsystem, Photophob, Tekniq and Terminal Sound System. DJ Caustic parted with the label in 2004.
